School Year Program
2009-2010
This progam is designed to teach clothing construction and help students become confident, independent sewers.
General Class information
- Students come one day a week for one hour
- Cost is a flat rate of $45.00 per month
- 2-4 children per class
- Missed classes are made up the last calendar Friday of the month, or by arrangement with the Instructor
- Fees cannot be transferred from month to month
- Students work from the Kids Can Sew program booklets ($40.00, which may be purchased from me after the student is registered).
- All sewing machines and tools are provided. Students do not need to bring equipment.
- Sewing craft projects are available to the students who finish a project with class time left to spare.
- All sewing is done in my studio; no outside sewing required.

Home School Offerings
$45.00 per child per month
Kids Can Sew booklets: $40.00 each
Homeschool classes will be offered by arrangement with the instructor. 2 or more students are necessary to create a homeschool class for any particular time slot.

Summer Camp Program - 2009
General Information
- Camps are for children ages 6-14.
- Camps are from 9 AM to Noon.
- Registration is done on a first
come, first served basis.
- Full payment for each session
must accompany registration.
- If the student must cancel, a
registration fee of 50% of the
total cost of the session will be
retained.
- Kit fees are not
refundable.
- NO refund will be made on or
after the first day of the session.
- Price includes patterns.
- Students are responsible for all
their own fabric and notions unless otherwise noted.
- All equipment is provided.
- Class size is limited to 4-5 students each.

No sewing expereince needed. Campers make a tote bag, a tee-shirt and a pair of shorts. Craft projects are available for those who finish early. |
No sewing experience needed. Campers make a 21" rag doll and an outfit of clothing for it. Students who finish early may make more clothes. |

Children in this camp must be able to sew consistent seams. Children will make "moose family" from Carol's Zoo. The moose family will be made in garment-quality faux fur and in "minkee," a soft, huggalbe fabric. |
